Bluestacks

While installing the original bluestacks a popup "error 1714. the older version of bluestacks app player cannot be removed. contact your technical support group. system error 1612. (null) .. I try to uninstall it then to installed a new version, during the uninstalling process (original uninstaller) (I use Revo) there was a popup saying something regarding the installer. After it finished I did like the normal procedure where I chose what to delete. When completed I try to install the new version a popup "error 1714. the older version of bluestacks app player cannot be removed. contact your technical support group. system error 1612. (null) .." I try difference version still having the same problem. Please guide me. Thanks.

 

Open Services and change the startup type of all Bluestacks services to disabled. Restart your PC and then uninstall Bluestacks. Restart again and install the new version.
