bluetooth adapter won't work

I have two Kensington USB Bluetooth adapters. ( http://www.kensington.com/html/6397.html ) and when i plug it in my computer, it sees it and wants to install it, asking me for the driver (BCM92035DG is the "name" it gives me). When i run the installer, it installs but it says its not connected and can't find it ( even though its connected)...then when i click cancel so it finishes the installation everything is ok witht he installation. When i click on the blue icon on the taskbar for bluetooth devices (it was added witht he driver installation) it says "Bluetooth Device Not Found". How can i fix this, since i know its not the computer...tested it on multiple computers, and also tested both my adapters.

 

was there any driver delivered with it for the bluetooth?

As far as BT is concerned, did you read properly the instructions? do they have a tech support # to call?. I know that with my BT phone + BT headset I had to press a key combo then make the phone scan for the product and I had to "pair them" ; afterwards I had to enter a key code and then the device would work.
