All of a sudden I can transfer files via Bluetooth of use my Bluetooth mouse on my desktop. I have removed and added the devices (mouse & my Pixel 4a). I have run the trouble shooter and checked for updated driver. It is an HP desktop running Windows 10 with an internal 2 x 2 card.

This is what it shows when I loon at Bluetooth devices. Any ideas?

    Did you replace the batteries?

It's not just the mouse, it's anything Bluetooth. But yes, I tried 2 different ones both with fresh batteries.

Have you had these 7 devices working in the past?
I'm thinking perhaps there is a limit to the number of devices and/or the devices can interfere with each other.

We only own 1 laptop with bluetooth and the only thing I currently have paired is a speaker. I tried keyboards, saw they worked then unpaired them. I don't own a bluetooth mouse. All our mice are wifi.

Post the exact model of the HP desktop and the brand and model of the bluetooth card.

IIRC...I was struggling to download some pictures from my wifes flip phone that did have bluetooth. Couldn't do it until, after making sure the laptop and phone had bluetooth enabled....I had to go into the setting for bluetooth on the laptop and ALLOW the download. It's been a while, and my memory isn't great, but check within your bluetooth on the desktop.

Thanks but all my Bluetooth devices and computer's are turned on. Nothing changed. One day everything was working and next day nothing was working. Maybe I just have to replace the card.
It's an Intel Dual band Wireless AC 7260 2x2 which has integrated Bluetooth.
