    Hello.

I have a laptop which I use when I travel or some work, and for some reason the Bluetooth has started acting real weird.

First, when I go to Bluetooth options, the on/off thing is gone. I can see a list of devices previously connected to my laptop (as shown in screenshot), but clicking on connect or even remove device it does nothing. The Bluetooth icon in the system tray is also MIA.

I went for a quick search and found a video that told me to go into Device Manager, find Bluetooth and uninstall all the devices connected to my laptop. I did so and the Bluetooth on/off slider was back. I could now connect my devices to the laptop with minor issues. Curiously enough, that didn't make the Bluetooth icon appear in the system tray though...

So should be good, right? Not really...

I mentioned minor issues above. The minor issue was that when I wanted to connect my Bluetooth speakers, I'd turn my speakers on and it would auto connect to my laptop, but the sound would flicker for a second switching from laptop to speaker back to laptop but in the options it would still say it's connected. So I would have to manually disconnect the device on the Bluetooth settings window and manually reconnect again, then it would work.

One day as I was connecting my speakers to my laptop as I described above, it suddenly stopped working again, with the same issue I initially described. On/off gone, no reaction when trying to manually connect or remove device. I thought, oh we're back to this problem...... So I repeated the steps from that video that had worked for me, but this time it didn't work. The devices still show on the settings page, but doesn't show on Device Manager, and even scanning for hardware changes did nothing. I can't retry the solution now.

I thought, let me check the version of the drivers I have for my Bluetooth, and uninstall it, and re-install it. Should be easy. Yeah..... So I uninstalled Qualcomm Atheros and searched for the exact one for my laptop.
I typed in on Google 'qualcom atheros QCA9377 bluetooth 4.1 driver samsung NP300E5M-K02'. The Samsung website shows up with my exact laptop model, I go in and attempt to download the drivers, however there are none. There's only the option to download their own Samsung updater, which I already have. Opening their updater, it shows 0 updates needed and 0 recommendations. It lets me look at each individual component connected to my laptop to see if it needs updating, however, Bluetooth doesn't even show up.

I still tried other links to download the driver like softpedia and even from lenovo's website for the exact same version but neither worked.

When I went back to Device Manager, the Bluetooth had disappeared. I had to show hidden devices for it to show up again, however, they are grayed out. Both Bluetooth and the Bluetooth under Network Adapters.

Going into the properties of Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) shows that it's disabled with a code 45.

Anyway, Samsungs' software is really bad, either that or I just don't know how to use it, but how am I going to manually download and install a driver when the laptops manufacturer won't provide it? How can I make my bluetooth start again? It's kinda important, I'm overseas and working, and I need to have my speakers connected so I can practice my sets at the hotel. Any help would be nice, as my own fix has backfired on me.

    Thank you for reading.
