    Hi

What Windows version you using and is it fully upto date with all updates etc?

What is make and model of your Bluetooth mouse?
Did you install the driver software for this mouse if available or allow Windows to install one for you automatically?

In Device Manager do you have any yellow ! marks by any devices, if so what?

If XP then try this HERE
If Vista then try this HERE

but do answer all questions as it gives us a better picture of what could be the cause and what fix may work, also do tell us any steps you have already done to troubleshoot this.

XP PRO SP 3. Updated, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. Nothing in device manager. I think the module may be going bad.

    Thanks
