Bluetooth

    Have a Kensington Bluetooth USB adapter 2.0 #BCM92045B3. Can not get either driver (off of Kensington website) to work with Vista home preimum. New hard drive installed on Sony VAIO (under warranty) and can not transfer pictures from phone to laptop anymore. It will not install. HELP

    Hi

    Have you tried the driver listed here titled Kensington Bluetooth USB Adapter 2.0 (Rev. 5.1.0.1700 and Rev. 6.0.1.5100) and when installing try right clicking the file and choosing Run as Administrator.

    If you get any error messages while installing do mention what they are.

    Sony laptop sent back for repairs again. Headphone jack. Traded for dongel for Vista and works. Your right click and run as adm. I will use in future as a problem solving tool. I am very new at this. Now to get my post off of forum. Thank you.
