Bluetooth

Before I reinstalled Windows this(bluetooth) was working fine on Windows 6,
I now have Windows 7.
I have installed the two drivers for my usb bluetooth,then they pair with my Sony speaker,my usb/computer finds my speaker,but the speaker does not seem to recognise my computer.
After my computer has recognised the speaker,I install in,then if I close the device/window,when I open it again,the device is gone,not listed anymore:confused
Can someone help-please?

My device pairs,then,as soon as I do something else it dissapears and shows "No device"

Sony SRS-BT100 Bluetooth speaker-not pairing?

I add my device(the speaker),it appears as if the pairing is complete.My computer pairs,but the speaker continues flashing blue,when I close & reopen there is "No device"it does not seem to hold the pairing?
I have tried resetting to default-no luck?:cry

Windows 6? You mean XP or Vista? I remember one of your other topics but cannot remember what OS you were on.

Have you looked for some updated Windows 7 drivers yet?

 

Hi,its IE7 XP,the computer seems to pick up the device,but the speaker does not appear to pick the computer up.I have my auto updates on,and have updated the bluetooth device?

I tried again,all the latest updates,it pairs and then doesnt seem to hold the pairing,my speaker doesnt seem to be locking on to the bluetooth device:confused
