blurry printing

I got a new HP 4500 wireless printer. Whether I print from the desktop or the laptop-the printouts are blurry.
I've cleaned the rollers, the cartridges and done the alignment 3 times and it's still the same.
If I print the sample and test pages - the printout looks fine but if I print from email, internet or word they're blurry.

I don't know what else to do-the thing is brand new.

Any ideas?

 

In some of the HP printers there appears to be a voltage problem. Try plugging in the printer to a wall outlet that doesn't have much equipment connected to it.

It seems that the printer may be drawing too much amperage on the particular line to function correctly.
