are you serious? Post some pics of it when you get it. cant really tell the significance of the size and stuff with that white background. thats crazy.

Samsung SyncMaster ( any model ) seems to always get good reviews. Ive been looking for awhile and when you go the store and compare the picture, there is really quite a bit of difference.

It's a winner Kodo, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Fresponse time is a bit slow for gaming or movies; you may get a bit of ghosting. But Samsung always makes good looking durable monitors. I'm been using a 900IFT of theirs for the past 5 or 6 years. 19", beautiful image, .22 dot pitch. I'm not even tempted to trade it.

 

Keep the monitor you have no and you can dual monitor!!! i've always wanted to give that a try. Play a game and watch a movie at the same time. ultimate power

That's quite the gift Kodo.
My monitor is getting quite flakey...anyday it could go ...poof!...then it will be just a 40 lb. paperweight.
If it can just hold out until tax returns.

Are you sure? You might end up shooting the wrong things in the games, if the movie is about charming goblins and the game objective is to shoot nasties and save the innocent...

I don't think I could play games and watch movies at the same time... But I do chat and play games at the same time, that is bad enough!

 

We have syncmasters at work and they are great! I'm in the process of convincing my Dad to upgrade to a 17" one. I've got an LG TFT and it's pretty cool too.

 

How do you like it so far? Easy on the eyes.

the color is amazing on this thing. My said to me this morning that the color looked weird.. I said, that's because it the right color..lol. It's a sweet screen and it plays games quite well. Slight ghosting but so minor that after a while, I don't even notice it anymore.

 

Good to know. I've been looking at Viewsonic's but after comparing them in the stores and seeing that you are satisfied, I may change my mind.

As I mentioned before, you can really see a difference when they are side by side with other monitors. Glad you like it.....and thank's for the review.

I have dual setup = 22" Dell Trinitron CRT & Dell 15" LCD, "It Kicks Butt"

If I only had 19" or bigger LCD.

Next for me Tripple setup.
