Boot Failure

Asrock AN8 SLI Premium
AMD 4200 Dual Core Socket 939
MSI 512mb Graphics
2x 512 Corsair Pro Series
and lots of HD's

Am trying to boot getting blank screen, when I start CPU fan speeds up from initial on speed. Lights on Mobo/ Activity Lights on Corsair going from green to amber to red then settles at amber. Have checked each one in turn and /graphics card/PSU/Monitor cable/Different Monitor/ before I buy replacement part which is it the CPU or Mobo. Have stripped out and am just trying to boot to BIOS but as I said NO screen. CPU fan connector came away a couple of days ago and of course Rig halted. It has been running OK since reconnect for those 2 days. Any ideas fellow Geeks ???

 

Further information is when I start the Rig it is obviously going through the boot procedure as 20 seconds or so I see lights flash on keyboard also if i start with a disk it appears to be reading it, but of course no visual on monitor. Sorry no beeps need to solder wire back on. This one has me beat :confused
