My girlfriends processor recently went out so we put her HD in my pc as an F (local disk) and G (SYSTEM_SAV) drive. After this was done I didn't see any sense in us having the same duplicate programs so I deleted everything she had on her HD that I also had on mine.................not a good idea.................by deleting certain things it deleted some files she had saved within the program. My question is, how can I reboot into/onto HER HD so I can attempt a system restore? I have tried the CMOS settings; it doesn't even give me the option to boot from F or G, unless I'm doing something wrong.

    Thanks,

    Brent

A system restore wouldn't restore her files. If you haven't added things to her hard drive you can try a program to undelete the things you deleted. If you've copied things to that hard drive than the other things are probably overwritten.
