Boot Menu Problem Please Help

    Hi i have installed a windows xp professional in Drive D, and installed also Windows Vista Home Premium in Drive C. After that i decided to delete the window xp so i insert the cd and delete the Drive D. My problem is everytime I reboot Boot Menu comes out and 2 operating system is in the list. But i already deleted xp. What should i do pls help
