    My wife has a Toshiba Satellite laptop and when she tries to boot up, she gets the following message;

    ERROR
    Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller in Slot 03 Bus: 02, Device:07, Function: 00

    Press <F1> to load defaults, <F2) to Setup

    Pressing F1 or F2 results in the computer attempting to reboot again and ending up at the same screen. Any help for someone who does not have the slightest idea how to fix this?

    Thanks,

    What version of windows is on the laptop?

    If you can do this try loading the last known good configuration, sometimes that can help. Or if you have something plugged into the PCI slot try removing it and reboot the laptop again. Might be a problem with that network controller.
