boot problems

I have a D915GAG/D915PSY Motherboard that is no longet posting. I hit the power button and nothing happens. I jumped the psu and checked the rails and they all seem fine but still no luck when i try to power the mobo up. I slaped in a new pc power and cooling from my main rig into it and it still wont power up. The CR3J1 Led remains on.

So is this mobo dead or just somthing wrong?


ps i also tryed diffront switches on the front pannel and even tryed shorting the pins for the power switch to start it up and still no luck.

 

Have you removed the battery for a minute ,test voltage while you've got it out. Should be 3v+

 

yeah tryed it and still no luck. batt is 3.01 volts
