boot problems

    :rolleyes: i have ibuypower gamer fx system
    scorpio 868 wb w/350w
    500 watt power supply
    AMD AHLON-64 3400+ CPU
    COR CMX512-3200C2PRO 512MB X2
    1 WD 160GB 7200 [2MB] 1600BB
    1 WD 160GB 7200 [2MB] 1600BB
    RAID -O DATA MIRRORING
    HIGHPOINT ROCKET RAID 133
    16X DVD
    ARTEC 12X DVD+/-RW
    CREATIVE AUDIGY 2ZS PLATINUM
    1.44 FLOPPY
    6 IN 1 CARD READER
    XP-HOME CD
    ASUS K8V SE DELUXE K8T800 MB
    GIGABYTE FX-5950 ULTRA 256MB
    I HAVE USED THE CD TO GET INSTALL REPAIR BUT REPAIR IS NOT AN OPTION
    I CHECKED CHKDSK AND IT CAME BACK THAT ONE OR MORE UNRECOVERABLE DATA
    AFTER GOING PAST 'WINDOWS NOW LOADING' WINLOGON.EXE-APPLICATION ERROR
    PLUS:
    STOP:C000021A [FATAL ERROR]
    INSTRUCTION AT "0X00DAFCF0" REF MEMORY--MEMORY COULD NOT BE WRITTEN

    THIS ARE SOME OF THE ERROR MESSAGES THAT I GET
    PLEASE HELP
    I AM ALSO UNABLE TO GET INTO SAFE MODE

    Never tried a RAID setup before so may be worth trying to boot just off the one drive. If not there is the old option of wiping and installing again. If you have access to another pc you could try and create a boot disk n try a program to see if both your harddrives are ok and try a scan disk though these should have been fixed by boot reinstall. Have you made sure both HDD are not set up as masters or slaves??
