    1. Download an .ISO from any link here
    http://www.livecdlist.com/
    2. Burn "ISO". I'm not sure of Nero's choices because I don't use it.
DO NOT select anything that says data in it.

I don't know Nero anymore but a great free app from the front page here called ImgBurn will burn things almost automatically, as long as the file you have is in ISO format as was already said. One thing to remember is to not burn at a fast speed with any burning app when making an OS disk, use the lowest speed available as that will give you an error free burn. Also, make sure to turn verify on.

No, I don't mean FlashMob Iso.

The distros are listed in blue in the left column. Today Slax is in first place and Ubuntu 2nd. The order changes daily depending on what is being downloaded.
Click on any of the names, like Slax, Ubuntu, Puppy Linux. etc. and the next page has a download link. Click on the download link and the .ISO for that distro will be downloaded.

plodr is a sister;) and no, you don't have to extract. Start your Burning Software and navigate to where the .ISO is downloaded and burn.
    Cheers..
