Booting Up Problem

Help please with booting up my desktop

 

Help requested please. Upon booting up ( when I have had the desktop turned off at the mains) i get screen 1 then when i hit f1 i get screen2

I had a dodgy email link a few weeks ago and accidentally clicked on it, but MWB free and windows defender say no problem.

Is it the battery, because the mains has been off, the problem. Or something else.

 

This is around a ten year old laptop?

 

Its a desktop, i turn it off at the mains, often, when i am away fir a couple of days.

Its about 7-8 years old.

 

Ever replace the CMOS battery?

 

I've never done it before, but it seems I should try it so I will.
