You've put a blank hard drive in your computer, the computer has looked for an operating system on the drive and hasn't found one, this is perfectly normal behaviour.

You now need to install windows on the drive, put the windows disk in. Set cdrom as first boot device in your bios hit del or F2 as soon as the computer starts, enter advanced bios features, boot disk priority and choose cdrom, save and exit.

Hit a key when prompted and windows installation should begin.

Is this the answer to wanted? If not please elaborate on what your trying to achieve :)

No offence I don't understand what your saying sorry:confused It doesn't make sense that you hit a key and started the windows installation but at the same time don't get that far.

Can you try and explain what you've done and what's happening save me guessing again, step by step what you've done and what you see on the screen.

    Take your time:)

You have not made the CD drive the first boot device as Rikky told you to do. If you did, the installation would start. Instead the computer is trying to boot from the hard drive that has nothing on it and you get the error you see.
When you first turn the computer on, you see at the bottom of the screen in white press a function key this varies from computer to computer to enter setup. That's the key you need to press to enter the BIOS.
