border lands error:Tell me what it means

I Original* Borderlands from a store.After my installation when i execute my game i get 1 error side by side configuration error please see log for support.
Please help.

You forgot to attach the log... and your post is not very clear on what kind of error you're getting. You're going to need to give us a bit more detail than this if we're going to be able to help you.

It would be nice if you could please post the resolution in case anyone else has the same problem, although this is totally up to you.

 

Its windows c++ redistribuable problem so u have to download microsift c++ 2008 (latest one is preferable.I f u face anymore problems u can refer to the developers forum link given below :http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=85828
