Box With Blinking Cursor Appears On My Screen

    I have had a 1 inch square box light coloured with a cursor Blinking inside on my screen ,can anyone tell me what I have to do to get rid of it in windows 10

    It is not on my screen at this moment,,i have altered the shape of the cursor and have unchecked animation in Ease of access in Settings so far under other options to see if this cures it
