Brave Browser Issues

I'm having two odd issues with the Brave browser and was looking for some help. One is the spellcheck, which is no longer appearing. I have no idea why it's no longer working, and couldn't find an answer on Google.
Two, my Instagram feed, when I scroll down, jumps back up the page and doesn't want to load certain images. I've closed the browser and restarted the computer but the issues remain. Thanks for any help.

 

brave browser has got built in ad blocker try whitelisting the page to see if that works.
