Breaking out of frames

I have found a web site http://savinggraves.digitalnekromancy.com/
that has my web pages locked into her frames. I used several scripts found on the net to try to break my pages out automatically but apparantly I'm doing something wrong because all my site does is refresh over and over and over while staying in her frames.
Will some kind soul look at this website and help me figure out how to break out? To see my Tulsa site you'll need to click on the "County Cemetery Index" link on the left and then scroll down to Rose Hill Cemetery. The page that comes up is my site. Clicking on the Return to Home Page link doesn't break me out either.
