Brightstor Arcserve v9: assist in finding patch

Ok, CA's site is the worst pile of elephant crap I have ever encountered. I cannot for the life of me find what I need. I have Brightstor v9 for Netware installed on my Netware box and it is all patched up. What I need is the Back-up manager client for windows update that updates to v9.01 build 2049 ONLY for the windows client back up manager, not the back up server.

Please help me before I completely lose it.. I'm so mad right now I could poop fire.

Sorry mate.. Ive had a good search around for that and as you say thir support is poop!! doesnt help that they have changed th esupport site in dec04 and all searches link to that old site.

Tried the FTP and can only access the pub and not the CAproducts folder ( where I would guess the updates are

and trying various terms in google only gave me this link to a newsletter which I thought maybe promising BUT as I dont know what i'm really looking for here it is http://supportconnectw.ca.com/public/enews/BrightStor/brig110603.asp

Thanks for trying.. I had already seen that posting. Even their support forums are crap. Almost a 2% answer ratio.. just sad. I sent them a seriously nasty comment on their site. BUT!!! one of my guys downtown just called and said he might have the patch sooo.. I think I can breath again

yeah, Considering it won't let me login to the server to run the job..lol. I need the patch
