Broadband Wizard

I've been trying to boost the speed of my wireless broadband connection and Broadband Wizard has been recommended as a solution for the problem.

I downloaded the program but when I press "Test Now", I see the error message:

"Please make sure the file exists on the server that..."

I was just wondering if someone might be able to tell me how to correctly use this program.
