I think he is referring to an "nslookup" command, but im not sure what he is specifically wanting to check, you are going to have to wait for him to reply or for a mod to carry on Helping, good luck

He could also be wanting a ipconfig/flushdns command just dont type anything yet

    Hi

What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?
    What broswer version?
What Proxy service are you using?

You could flush the DNS cache and open a command prompt (CMD) window and type ipconfig /flushdns *note the space between g and / as it will not work without it* also if you have Vista or Windows 7 you will have to do this from an elevated CMD prompt and for this type CMD into the Start Search box and then right click CMD and choose "Run as Administrator" and enter the command, maybe do this 3 or 4 times to make sure.

Then run CCleaner and its cleaner to get rid of any junk files.

NOTE: have all browsers closed when running the above.

Also remove the proxy information you added to make sure you can connect to the internet again, then you can if wanting to use a proxy add the settings back or try an diffeent proxy service and opendns is good, instructions for adding the settings at the webpage.

If using Google Chrome then have a read of this HERE
