Brother MFC-3990CDW two black vertical line when scan

Dear Experts

I bought brand new Brother MFC-3990CDW recently (one month old).

I have noticed when I scan a document left of a page has two vertical black lines

What should I do to troubleshoot where is the problem ?

Check the manual's troubleshooting section. If you don't have a manual, visit Brother's website and check if there's one for download. If you can't solve the issue, contact the retailer - you said it's just one month old.

PS Don't do anything that's not in the manual or else you'll void the warrantee.

Yes manual troubleshooting fixed the issue , it was dirt
