Brother Mfc-9330cdw Printed Paper Has A Bumpy Spot

Dear Experts

I have printer brother MFC-9330CDW when I print I am having the issue on a printed paper it has bump as in the snapshot below:

I tried to clean the drum but may be I didn't do it in a proper way as I am not sure the cause of the problem

If those marks on the roller are indentations, I don't think there is anything you can do. If they are protrusions, they might be able to be carefully sanded down, but I am not sure that could be done and still keep the roller uniform in size and shape.

If the problem just started, my guess is something is inside the paper track pressing on the roller, and that impression is then transferred to your paper. Disassembly may be required to see what is jammed in there. If nothing, your next best/only bet may be to replace the roller.
