Brother Multi-Function Error Message

    When I print from the internet with my Brother MFC-7360N printer I get the attached message yet the printer prints fine. I do not get this message printing a document.
    I called brther support and am told it is not the printer but an internet issue. Is there a way to eliminate this popup?
