Browse question

    When I right click on re cycle bin I see Browse with Paint Shop Pro7
    This program has been completely uninstalled and should not be there.
    How do I fix the browse with to the correct setting?

    At a command line, type regedit. Then look for these to keys:
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\Browse With Paint Shop Pro 7
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CLASSES\Folder\shell\Browse With Paint Shop Pro 7
    and remove them.

    I didn't see anything with Paint Shop Pro 7 in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\browse\With Paint Shop Pro 7
    however did find it in Local_Machine.......so I removed it then rebooted and now right clicking on ReCycle Bin there is no Browse with Paint Shop Pro7.
    Thank you very much.
    Do I need to browse with something else like Windows Photo Gallery or just leave it alone?

    Sorry I don't know.
    I don't think I have a browse with option when I right click or if I do, I've never used it.

    Everything is working like I wanted to. Thanks for the regedit tip.
