Browser Issues

These logs are from my brother's laptop. They started having issues with pop-ups showing up warning them about viruses on there system. I ran all the scans and found few issues. Please look over the logs and let me know.

Re run Hitman Pro, enable/activate the free trial, and then let it remove the Potential Unwanted Programs ONLY!! Leave everything else.

Fix items using RogueKiller.

Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7/8 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
When it opens, press the Scan button
Now click the Registry tab and locate these detections:

[Hj.RegVal] HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\RK_Software_ON_E_691D\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon | Shell : cmd.exe /k start cmd.exe -> Found

Place a checkmark next to each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
Now press the Delete button.

...same for this entry on the files/folder tab...

[PUP][Folder] C:\Program Files\ShowMyPCService -> Found

When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
Reboot the machine.

Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.

Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.

The tool will open and start scanning your system.

Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.

On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.

Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

I named the file the same as last time. For some reason I keep getting error when trying to delete the registry entry.

Ahhh I just had a little look, it seems to be a key Roguekiller has added, so I really wouldn't worry about it. Things running nicely, yes?

Yes, so far so good. I think most of his pop ups were is IE, which I do not use, so going to play there for a little and see.
