I have (and love) an intellimouse optical (yes I know it's by them). I practically depend on my browser buttons (back, forward and scroll) for surfing.
However, as I am in the process of building a webserver and do not want to waste a whole monitor/keyboard/mouse just to set it up and do not want to disconnect my pc I was given (brand new purchased today as a present Lucky Me!) a KVM switch: A newlink NLKVMP2PC Micro KVM all well and good but why oh why will my mouse's browser buttons not work?

I don't expect them to work on the server as it is (going to be) a linux based machine, but my web addiction is going through some stresses, without my dear beloved browser buttons...

I have the same mouse and it works perfectly with a D-Link DKVM-2K. Does Newlink's website have nothing regarding this issue?
