Browser windows all messed up

Using XP sp2, IE6.

Recently removed some misc. programs, and did a restart, and when I opened IE, the window was clear up to full screen, and I cannot access the - {} X buttons along the top ?!!! I tried to change screen resolution to way small, hoping to be able to get that bar, and Drag the window Lower into screen frame....but it keeps snugging UP to the top of monitor screen ?!!!

If I'm reading this right try the F11 key.

It wasn't the Full Screen ( I had already tried to reduce it with that), It was my settings/preferences in WindowBlinds that was messed up, and I shoulda known that from the git-go since it was WindowBlinds that had suffered the worst damage from the uninstall issues.
Giveawayoftheday had had a program up called Total Privacy .....
Welllllllll.....
it's a stinker. Don't download it. I had to uninstall it to get it to quit running, and it had reduced all my settings across the board to some sort of defaults that were from who knows where.
All fixed now.
My normal (or such as that may be) is restored.
