Browser won't run when Limeware is running

I just got help from the support group to fix a malware problem - - I am running AVG antivirus and Zone Alarm Firewall - they also had me download Windows Defender.

Now that I have the malware fixed, I seem to have a problem running Limewire and my browser at the same time.

If I launch the browser first, then it will work - but if I open limewire first - my browser will lanch but can not surf.

I don't think it is a bandwidth problem (I have DSL) - and lime wire shows that it is using very little bandwidth.

Any suggestions?
