browsers wont work

    hi guys, i have a problem, the thing is when i try to use ie or firefox it wont let me connect to the net but the strange thing is when i open utorrent to download my stuff it still downloads and my torrents are all green as usual any sugestions? thanks in advance

    Are you using PeerGuardian? It could be blocking HTML.

    nope, cant understand why i can still download but not surf, the only way i can surf is i have a toolbar on my browser page, and im using that but the browser page itself wont connect
