Browsing Problem

I've tried to use many different browsers, but I keep getting the same problem with all of them. Whenever I try to save a picture file, the only format it will let me save it in is .bmp, which is extremely annoying because I can't save any animated GIFs correctly without the animation being lost. To get a .jpg file, I have to go through the process of converting it with Photoshop or anyother program, which is a nuisance also. Does anybody have any solutions to this problem? I'm not sure what caused this, but it's been going on for quite sometime now, just hadn't gotten around to asking for advice on it, because I wasn't sure if anybody could help me. Anyway if you know of a solution to this problem please post it. Thanks

 

Try typing .gif in the name of the file. Like click save as... and then type the name of the file (example: filename.gif) and add .gif to the end of the file name.
