    Hi there,

    1) few days ago I started to get few BSOD in XP. I can't recall what I did or didn't do exactly before but what I do recall is that
I did manage to login to xp but after few seconds I got BSOD.

    2) The next thing was try to startup in safe mode and execute system restore. but during the restore my pc hung up for a long time and
finally I reset the PC. From that point on I keep getting constantly kind of blue screen and reset during XP login (before even selecting user).

    3) Next, tried to load in safe mode, the start looked promising, it decided to run chkdsk but finally it end up with
arbitrary reset. Now it always stuck and got reset during safe mode login.

    4) the next thing I did is to place FINE HD from another PC which has double boot of xp & Ubuntu and disconnect the old one.
on startup I managed to get into GNU GRUP window (to select xp or linux). from here, 5 times out of 5 the windows failed to
load and got stuck during initialization with blue screen and reset. 1 times our of 4 the linux got failed to load and got
stuck (for the 3 times it suceeded loading linux, it worked fine with no problems for a while).

    5) The next thing I did is to make default configuration to all BIOS with the original HD. Yet same error. I also tried to
set via BIOS the processor to work in a simplified way in a single processor working mode. No luck again.

    6) Next, I run for an hour memtest application which test all RAM, just to verify I don't have malfunctioned RAMs.

    7) Next, removed my Video Card (and left only with the HD, motherboard and DVD). reproduced again.

help and good advise will be appreciated :)

It doesn't give me the chance to read it. simply reset.

I am not sure whether it is regular blue screen. my screen flicker with blue screen for one second and then comes the reset.

Don't get mad of me,but when I receve your letter in my e-mail "BSOD stands for Blue Screen of Death",I fail from my chair.Thank you for the laugh!!!!Again don't get Mad or Angry,it's just a joke.
Now serious matter.right click on my computer>properties>advanced>startup and recovery>and uncheck automaticaly restart. That will give you the time to see the BSOD.
Also, visit this page to see how to debug memory dumps(Figure out what is causing a BSOD) :http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35246
