BSOD error occuring over and over again.

Here it goes...

I had constant BSOD errors whenever I ran Warcraft 3.First three weeks were utmost frustation didnt know anyhting. Then heard about dump files. After debugging the dump file found out it was the Audio driver { RtkHDAud.sys ( RtkHDAud+7635b ) }
Well searching through the net some where i found out to download the driver from the site rather then to install it from the CD.
It worked!

Then my PC blew up due to some electricity fluctuation. Two hardisks got burned and lost my two rams and power supply.
Motherboard got repaired and got hardisk and rams new.

Installed the windows on my new hardisk
Installed the driver by downloading it from net.
Same error popups.

Disabled game audio.
Errors disappears for a day.

Now re-appears
First time caused by AVG
disabled AVG
and ran Warcraft
then Warcraft causes it

Can't get it sorted out.
Nothing seems to work.

Uploaded all three dump files debugged as NotePad files.

Some1 please help me....

 

Another thing i just found out after unisnatlling AVG and running Antivir is

My last two dump files are registering memory corruption as their cause rather then audio driver.
Does it have any thing to do with it?
