I have just started to get the BSOD titled "BAD_POOL_CALLER"
Whenever I try to load windows, it gets past the "post" screen etc. and begins to load up Windows. Then when it asks me to log-in (as i have created a user account) i type in my password and it then goes straight to the BSOD. I have tried numerous times to restart and try again to log in with no luck, I have also tried "safe mode" and the "last known good configuration or whatever it is called" with the same result.

    The error is as follows:

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    BAD_POOL_CALLER

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer, If this screen appears again, follow
    these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Adavanced Startup Options, and then
    Select Safe Mode.

    Technical information:

    *** STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000043, 0xD3028000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

    Beginning dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk: (Counting number here)"

Each time the error code is different, another one i managed to record is:

    *** STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000043, 0xC3F28000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I am running Windows XP Pro with SP2.
    AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+
    NVIDIA GeForce 6800GS

Is there any way to fix this as it is driving me nuts, i don't [NOTE I NEEDED HELP TO USE THE APOSTROPHE CORRECTLY] want to lose anything off my hardrive. and i cant get into windows or even safe mode. i havet even installed any new hardware or software in a long long time which could of triggered this. i haven't [NOTE I NEEDED HELP TO USE THE APOSTROPHE CORRECTLY] installed anything new just before this occured.

    many thanks in advance.
    jiminy

OK thank you, I have run the WinDbg program and I have used every single dump file that has been made (about 8 or so) and they are all coming out with the same outcome. Which I have put as follows:

So there is something wrong with this file "ntkrnlpa.exe"?
How do I go about fixing this at all? Thanks for the help.

    jiminy.
