BSOD in Internet Browsers on Vista

Hey guys, i'm having a HUGE problem with ANY internet browser in Vista. I start up a browser and go to cnn.com or something, any website at ALL. randomly in the middle of typing, scrolling, surfing, or ANYTHING, i'll randomly get a BLUE SCREEN. Weirdly enough, i had vista about 4 or 5 months ago, and i had the exact same issue, just random blue screens o.o I have Home Premium Edition, and i did an UPGRADE to vista, not a FORMAT. Also, to eliminate a question, i have tried using Opera, IE, Firefox, and Maxthlon. My Comp specs are as follows:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.14gHz
2.00gb DDR2 RAM
nVidia Geforce 8800GTS 320mb GDDR3
Soundblaster Audigy Advanced HD or whatever

i'd post the minidumps up here but i dont know how to change the file from .dmp to .txt .. although I DO recall seeing something like tdx.sys..
