    Hi.

0x4a bugchecks are almost always driver -triggered and vsserve.exe is in the frame for this; uninstall BitDefender completely (use the removal method+tool as well). Install MSE during testing: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/microsoft_security_essentials_for_windows.html and ensure that the Windows firewall is turned on.

Once you've checked that the problem no longer occurs, I'd give it 10+ days, and Windows is fully updated for all Critical and other security issues, you can try reinstalling BD again - don't forget to remove MSE and use the tool here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/microsoft_security_essentials_removal_tool.html

The dump contains some different drivers this time, 2 of the 'new' ones are known to cause BSODs:
    MarvinBus64.sys Fri Sep 23 22:17:03 2005 (433470CF)
likely a part of Pinnacle Studio's Marvin Bus
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=MarvinBus64.sys and
    RTCore64.sys Tue Sep 6 13:24:50 2011 (4E661112)
    RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner (known BSOD issues w/Win7)
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=RTCore64.sys

Uninstall both softwares for the above, also update the NEC USB3 drivers:
    nusb3hub.sys Fri Apr 23 02:34:35 2010 (4BD0F92B)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions)
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=nusb3hub.sys

    nusb3xhc.sys Fri Apr 23 02:34:36 2010 (4BD0F92C)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions)

Doing nothing to troubleshoot recurrent BSODs doesn't make much sense either.
