BSOD ntkrpamp.exe

While turning my puter off got the the BSOD (black in my case not blue) and had an error of IRQ_not_Less_or _equal_to. I am sure that error message was not exactly that but was something like that. Anyway I did a winbg on the mini dump and got:

Any Ideas?

Windows XP, dell, nvidia 6800 video card, 2G ram

 

It usually a "hardware" fault. Dodgy RAM would be my first choice if you've added nothing new.
