    Hi,

I get a BSOD every time I try to download a big file and occasionally when browsing the internet. I got the PC new at christmas and it worked fine at first then the BSODs started happening. I have done several clean installs and they haven't fixed anything. I've attached the dump files.

If someone could help I'd be very grateful.

New computers usually have 90 days of free support. A computer that is less than one month old should not be giving you Blue Screens.
You should not be doing clean installs. Contact support - you might have a hardware problem and no amounts of software fixes (clean installs) will fix a hardware problem.

Just curious...have you been using DriverMax to update your drivers? This could be dangerous.

Most blue screens are in my experience caused software conflicts and usually drivers. If you have been updating your drivers with DriverMax, you may want to consider rolling them back...

If you used the back up feature in DriverMax, you could do it that way...

Yes, I did. And I solved the problem, turns out I had to upgrade the BIOS.
