I've been having random BSOD on my pc that I built a little over a week ago.

I've attached the two minidump logs that i have.
I've noticed that every time I've had a BSOD was when I was browsing in my chrome browser. So I wonder if it is LAN related. I updated my Lan Drive since the blue screen I had on the 29th.

    Specs

    AMD FX-8350
    8GB (2x4) DDR3 1866mhz G.Skill Sniper Memory
    ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard /w latest bios
1GB Powercolor Radeon 6770 video card
    WD Black 1TB
    675W Diablotek UL PSU

    Hello and welcome to MajorGeeks!

Your post was automatically moderated as you had posted the contents of a log file directly into the post.

May I please suggest you don't do this in the future?

According to the log, your processor driver & chrome have caused the problem. At this point I would recommend starting by uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome.

Had another BSOD. For the past few days I've been using firefox instead. I notice my BSOD always happens when im in a browser and streaming video.

I've listed all 3 of my BSOD minidumps in .txt files this time around.

I think I diagnosed it to memory. I clocked my 1866mhz sniper ram down to 1600 and set timings to auto (of course now the timings suck).

Before downclocking my ram I had prime95 have an error on my 8th CPU core right off the bat and would get the problem consistantly. Now I do not have the problem... So does this mean my memory is bad if it cannot achieve stability at its advertised clock speed and timings? its not like I haven't purchased bad memory from G.Skill before... The last and only other kit I purchased from them years ago (2GB kit) had a bad stick as well.
