Stupid computer...well where do I start. I am using One click DVD copy to backup some movies it did the first cop fine then on the next movie I keep getting the BSOD. I looked up the error codes and I haven't been able to find any fixes. Here they are:

    F7382870, F737B000, 0x00000018, 0x00000002, 0x00000000

    Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    ATAPI.SYS time stamp 41107b4d

This one is a little over my head. From what I have seen, it could be a driver issue or a hardware problem. (Duh) I did find a link with some info: http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm. Most of the stuff i can find are old, and usually involve SP2. Updating drivers or rolling back to a previous driver and mobo BIOS upgrades are also a common suggestion.

I have had pretty good luck with mobo BIOS upgrades for a couple of problems, and sometimes for better over clocking, but it is not something I would do without more information. Hopefully someone here on the forums will come in and shed some light on the problem. Sorry I cannot help you more.

it's all good, I have fixed a few bsod problems before and usually you can go to microsoft and look up the parameters but microsoft has no info on the ones that I am getting. and with the atapi.sys i know it is someting to do with my DVD drive and with the IRQL I know that for some reason my computer is trying to access something with the same IRQ number or it is trying to access something it's not supposed to. thanks for your help I will check out your page to see what is up with it.

The stop error you are referring to occurs with failing hardware, or more likely in your case with a faulty/incompatible driver. It is particulary associated with multimedia devices.

I don't know Oneclick but I should uninstall it and find a better on. there are several availlbale on MG.
