Once completed attach the two logs from the online scans with a current HJT log and we will begin the initial fix.

    Good Luck!:)

I was able to locate the BSZIP.DLL file and moved it to the recycle bin, if I delete it will it take care of my problem?

It may help but it will not fix all of your problems.

I need the logs from the online scans with a fresh HJT log.

sorry but I do not know how to do that, maybe if you explain it then I can list them, right now I am scanning with housecalls to see if there are any viruses or spyware, but it seems that it has stopped scanning, so I am not sure what is going on. will let it go for a little bit longer then will probably have to restart it tomorrow.

Read my post and you will know how to do that. Go back and read Post #2 and follow the links, they explain everything you need to know to run the scans and attach the logs.

    another question

I know I still need to work on the BSZIP.DLL problem but I have another question, when checking my e-mail I came across an e-mail from zonealarm thanking me for downloading there product, well on this computer I am on now I dont have zonealarm so I did a search to see if anything had been installed without me know it, when I put in zonelabs and did a search the only thing found was DRVMAIN.INF what exactly is this? and do I need it? will try and work on the BSZIP this weekend if I have the time.

    thankyou

I'm not sure what that is, if you do not have ZA installed you don't need that file.

about that BSZIP file, I did another scan and it is nowhere to be found so when I deleted it it must have taken care of it. If I have anymore problems I will let you know. thanks for all your help.

You still have not attached any logs. I can't help you without these logs. Just removing that one file does not fix all of your problems.
