Hi all, i am using a bt home hub and i think my neighbour is connecting to it as my usage seems to be gone way up. Is there a way of finding this out and if he is can i do something to block him..

Hi Johnn welcome to the forum

On the BT Home Hub, it should be set as WEP or WPK (these are both wifi security settings) by default but you can check the settings in the hubs menus with this guide HERE at BT

The best setting for you is WPK as its a much stronger security setting than that of WEP, this way only those users you give the security key to can access your Wifi network, but note that if you have Wifi devices you will on the connect prompt need to enter this key once and after that it should be remembered by these devices and auto connect
