BT Mobile broadband installer freezing the system

    I have tried installing the above. I can do this but then when I try to run it the system freezes. This is the programme that enables BT Mobile broadband to work on my laptop. I can see from task manager that btomo.exe uses up 99% of CPU resources, hence the freezing Not sure what to do.....:confused
