Buddies online at aol

I cannot get an answer from aol. They just keep sending me from one person to another. Here is the problem. My daughter is an aol member as I am. When I am online, she comes on as a buddy that is online. I send her an IM but get no response. Then after awhile I will receive a message that she went off line at such and such a time. Usually a minute or two from the time it actually is. Today it showed she came online so I sent the number 39 and asked her to answer. I received a reply: 999,999,999,999,999\6, then 64. Nothing else came thru. Then I received the message she logged of at 7:52. Now no one was home at this time of day. She was at work. Do you know what is going on? I would certainly like to find out what is going on.

I would imagine its an issue within AOL but you might want to check your computer for Viruses, Spyware and Malware.

 

I contacted aol and was on my cell phone and chat for hours. They don't know what the problem is...Just kept sending me to other techs to no avail.
