Buffer message in Nero

Just in the past week or so, Nero has been giving me the following message after a CD/DVD burn:
Buffer overrun was avoided 1 times.
Is this the sign of a potential problem ready to balloon up into a major issue? Should I be worried about this? I've been burning with Nero for over a year with this same PC (I swapped DVD burners about 3 month ago because I changed cases and wanted the colors to match; both the previous burner and the current one are the same make/model and both work fine) and this message just started showing up about a week ago. I don't get it with every disc I burn, just some, maybe 1 in 3 or 1 in 4. Should I be worried? Should I do something to avoid a potential issue?
