Anyone familiar with insect milk?

Ewwwwww just the thought is gross

They don't say how they make it so I presume the grubs give up their life to be milked......a bit different to milking cows and other mammals............is this another reason for the dairy industry to get upset when someone calls their product milk and it doesn't come from a mammal. A good example is soy milk or almond milk. Here in Australia dairy farmers are pushing to ban all products from being called milk when those products are manufactured from products other than secretions from the mammary glands of mammals.

 

People can eat and drink whatever they want.
And they better leave me alone to eat meat and drink milk from a cow.
And bacon and beer!

 

I would never knowingly want to eat/drink insect milk or insect parts. YUCK!!!!!

 

You may already be eating those things though

There is a lot of stuff in USA products where they use name disguises that ''sound '' better, or that most average people won't look into or even know what it means
